Booking & Cancellation Terms

We deeply value your time and the trust you place in our team. Each appointment is thoughtfully prepared for and reserved just for you. In return, we kindly ask that you respect our time by giving us as much notice as possible if your plans change. To secure your booking, we do require a valid card on file.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us enough time to offer the appointment to another client.

 Our Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a 100% service fee.

  • If you're running late, please let us know — arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, with the cancellation fee applied.

Refund & Lateness Policy

We put great care into every treatment, and we hope you leave feeling refreshed and confident. As our services are personalised and time-based, we’re unable to offer refunds for completed treatments.

If you are ever unsatisfied with your experience, please get in touch within 48 hours — we’d love the opportunity to chat and make things right.

Running late? We get it — life is busy! Please aim to arrive on time, as arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment. In this case, our 100% cancellation policy may still apply.

Health & Safety

Your health and comfort are everything to us. If you’re unwell or have any contagious symptoms (such as cold/flu, conjunctivitis, or cold sores), we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect yourself, our team, and other clients.

Please let us know of any medical conditions, allergies, or if you’re pregnant at the time of booking. Some treatments may need to be adjusted to ensure your safety.

Cleanliness & Client Experience

We take immense pride in creating a space that feels calm, clean, and considered. Every area is thoroughly sanitised between appointments, and our tools and equipment meet the highest hygiene standards.

To help us provide the best experience possible:

  • Please arrive with clean skin (no makeup) for skin treatments & no mascara for lash appointments. 

  • We kindly ask that mobile phones are kept on silent to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the studio.

  • Respect, kindness, and consideration for our team and fellow clients go a long way — thank you for contributing to the warm energy we hold so dearly.
