1. Securing Your Date

To secure your booking, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required. Dates are not held or confirmed without this deposit. This amount will be applied to your final invoice.

2. Payment Terms

The final balance is due 7 days prior to your wedding date. Payment options include bank transfer or credit card, as outlined on your invoice. Late payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Travel & Early Start Fees

Travel, early morning, Sunday, or public holiday fees may apply and will be included in your quote. Early starts prior to 7:00am will incur an additional fee.

4. Booking Adjustments

Final numbers for services must be confirmed 8 weeks before the wedding. Reductions after this date will still be charged. Add-ons are welcome, subject to availability.

5. Cancellations

• Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding are charged 50% of the total.

• Cancellations within 14 days are charged 100%.

• No-shows or day-of cancellations are fully chargeable.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

6. Postponements

We understand plans can change. If you need to postpone, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Fees may apply depending on peak periods or availability. If no new date is confirmed, the original booking will be treated as a cancellation.

7. Trials

Makeup and hair trials are encouraged and included in select bridal packages. Trials are held in-studio and must be scheduled in advance, subject to artist availability. Please note: trials are available Monday to Friday only.

8. Client Responsibilities

Please ensure each person receiving services arrives on time, with clean, moisturised skin and dry, product-free hair. A personalised timeline will be provided to help the morning flow smoothly.

9. Allergies or Sensitivities

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your service. While we take great care, The Studio by OGO is not liable for any reactions that may occur.

10. Photography & Social Media

We love capturing special moments from your day. Images may be used for marketing or social media purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not wish for your images to be shared.
